Having used S7 before i had no worries with booking this flight as they have never let me down before now.
Having travelled from Bordeaux France via Paris and London Heathrow to get Moscow and using 2 different airlines i was aware of the flying policies. Both these airlines kept the middle seat free if you travelled alone and boarded the plane from rear to front and the reverse on exiting the aircraft to allow for social distancing and reinforced the wearing of masks.
On boarding my S7 flight in Moscow as usual without an airbridge i expected the airline to provide extra busses, No we were shoehorned as usual onto 2 busses and half the occupants just either did not bother with a mask or wore it as a chin warmer. The aircraft was full and the 2 ladies next to me wore chin warmer masks and didn't seem to care. On the previous flights the aircrew stressed that if you needed to go to the toilet check to see if the light shows its free before moving and don't stand in the isles. This aircrew seemed not to care and never gave any instructions about the use of masks or standing in the isles so as i was at the rear of the aircraft at one point I had 4 people i didn't know crowded around my seat and not one of them was wearing any sort of protection and again the aircrew just seemed not to care but maybe that's why the infection rate in Russia is climbing because of the Russian mentality of rules dont apply to me. Also when landing in Simferopol everybody walked past the body heat sensor camera with the laptop connected all switched on and not a sole in sight monitoring anything. This flight made me very anxious for my health. However as usual S7 were on time and the flight was smooth and the aircraft was clean however unlike other airlines still had magazines in the seat backs and not new ones as these had already been used by who knows how many people.
