Terrible customer service ! My pregnant wife came with a working dog that was 1 kilogram over the weigh restriction but we had all paperwork and the service desk women and the male.manager were completely rude to her. Wouldn't allow her or her service animal to enter to plane. She was flying to come to her best friends wedding. I won't be booking any further tickets with S7 and highly recommend their human resources team to find new employees that are polite to customers ! I've attached the name tag of the incredibly rude person.

The service is very bad and the treatment is also bad. When I went to Moscow from Dubai, I had 10 kilograms as hand luggage included in the ticket. When I returned from Moscow airport, the hand luggage paid for in the ticket was rejected and they asked me to pay again for an additional 10 kilograms. The behavior of the customer was more than bad.

They never refund the money with many lies especially for foreigners like me.

In my case, I bought the ticket with my card so they can refund money to my credit card technically and Legally. But S 7 forced me to prepare the Russian Bank account. They never explain why they can’t refund to my card but they says the cash refund to the Russian account is only way to the refund.

According to my credit card company, S7 has no reason they can’t do refund to the card. I believe this is their intention not to refund.I was very very disappointed. I strongly recommend not to use this air line.

The most terrible airline in the world. I was simply denied entry for no reason. I had transit through Bangkok, according to the rules, transit without visa is allowed as soon as I don't leave the airport and my transit is less than 10 hours, I have been doing that for years. But good luck explaining this simple thing to S7 staff. So I was denied entry the day of the flight. S7 staff was bringing random excuses how I don't hold visa to the last destination (to which I have valid e-visa and it won't be on S7 after Bangkok). The guy was just happy meaningless exuses and told us that our tickets are on sale already. I hate S7 and their staff in Irkusts. I will never take S7 again even if the only alternative is a slow train.

They don't care about their customers. All they want is more money. Disgusting attitude just because they know you don't have a choice.
