“No explanation for almost 2 hour delay”

Leg room is better than most low fare domestic airlines and if you read all the fine print you can get a decent deal by booking well in advance or at the last minute. Our return flight was delayed and we had already bought reserved seat train tickets from the airport to our home station so we missed the connection. The delay and change of boarding gate were NOT announced in English in the terminal and only due to another's kindness did we find out about it. No information other than the plane not being there was given as a reason for the delay. Staff was neither concerned nor informative when it came to questions about our missed train connection.
Use caution in booking.

This was my first time flying with this airline and I was pleasantly surprised on the pricing, customer service and efficiency of the entire process. From check-in, baggage, boarding, to landing...the flight was smooth from start to finish. Don't expect many extras though

Worse airline to fly... Booked tickets using peach plus, so that i would be able to book my seats. I was able to book my seats to Thailand, but having reserved seats twice first row 7 then row 11 was told at the check in counter that i didn't book any seats. Was given row 28 where my seats didn't even recline. Not sure why i would pay the extra money to not have comfortable seats. The Ladies at the counter were very rude. Not worth the money. There were other passengers with the same issues.

Check in was smooth and quick through the self check-in kiosk. Drop our luggage and proceeded to the pre-departure area. The flight was was on time. Flying time was around 2 hours and 5 minutes. We deplaned at the Low Cost Carrier Terminal of Kansai Airport which is a bit far from the main Kansai International Airport Terminal. There are buses from the terminal to the main train station. The flight attendants were attentive and charming.

Self check-in kiosk are only available 45 minutes before your flight. Check in was easy at the baggage drop then on to the x-ray machine before going to the departure area at Narita Airport Domestic Terminal 1. Flying time was around 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was a smooth flight and you can buy light snacks and beverages on board. The airfare was very cheap.
