Do not use this airline unless you want to be stranded. Their terms and conditions state that if they need to cancel the flight they will not pay compensation, hotel overnight, expenses, or book you with another airline. All they will do is offer you a seat on the next available flight.

I cannot state the risks with this airline. We had a 1am flight out of China, we were at the gate with our flight ready to leave in 30 minutes, they made an announcement for everyone on the flight to follow them, they took us back through immigration, cancelled our exit visas, gave our bags back and only then told us our flight was cancelled back at the check in desk.

The management team at the airport didn't care about anyone on the flight, they said the only seats available were in 14 days, we could rebook or get our money back. Everyone at checkin was so angry and let down by this airline.

They gave us a copy of the terms and conditions, no direction of what to do next. They even tried to call the police who then told them it was their problem.

We then had to pay £1000 for a flight out of China the next day.

The way they treated us was inhuman, and in Europe this practise is illegal to abandon your passengers.

Leg room is better than most low fare domestic airlines and if you read all the fine print you can get a decent deal by booking well in advance or at the last minute. Our return flight was delayed and we had already bought reserved seat train tickets from the airport to our home station so we missed the connection. The delay and change of boarding gate were NOT announced in English in the terminal and only due to another's kindness did we find out about it. No information other than the plane not being there was given as a reason for the delay. Staff was neither concerned nor informative when it came to questions about our missed train connection.
Use caution in booking.

This was my first time flying with this airline and I was pleasantly surprised on the pricing, customer service and efficiency of the entire process. From check-in, baggage, boarding, to landing...the flight was smooth from start to finish. Don't expect many extras though

Worse airline to fly... Booked tickets using peach plus, so that i would be able to book my seats. I was able to book my seats to Thailand, but having reserved seats twice first row 7 then row 11 was told at the check in counter that i didn't book any seats. Was given row 28 where my seats didn't even recline. Not sure why i would pay the extra money to not have comfortable seats. The Ladies at the counter were very rude. Not worth the money. There were other passengers with the same issues.
