“The attitude of the staff very bad”

We arrived 3 minutes late to acceptance, but the staff did not receive and the procedure and asked to buy a new ticket and no specific instructions. The receptionist is female, she's standing outside the drop off counter. Her attitude was very bad.

I bought this ticket a month in advance in preparation of my flight to Narita. Since there was an additional maze of PCR testing and confirmation of test results, etc. I ended up missing the window to check-in for my flight by less than 10 minutes. Even though the flight had still not departed and there was about 30 minutes left until departure, they would not let me through. I then had to buy another ticket, which was the next day, and also buy a hotel room near the airport which was an additional $200+. I would avoid this airline like the plague. It's worth it to pay more to avoid Peach.

Im trying to avoid using this airline as much as possible, and this time I have to fly with peach because all the other flights are very expensive.

The most problem I'm having this airline is the luggage and their nonsense policy. I bought 2 checked baggage, and each is up to 20 kg. I bought 1 for my suitcase and 1 for my skateboard. However, I couldn't combine weight. My skateboard only weight 5 kg so the other 15 kg goes to waste. Talking about other airline, Skymark gives you 20kg for free up to 2 luggages and both can be combined. The only thing is Skymark doesnt fly to Narita.

I wish the airline at least read all these reviews and improve their policies and customer service (both online and at the counter)

This is going to be the last time I'm using this nonsense airline. I should've paid for Jal or Ana

Having booked my vacation from Hokkaido to Ishigaki, all flights through peach, I arrived at the Hokkaido airport 3 hours early, excited and eager for my holiday.

My flight was due to leave at 11;00; during my check-in, the flight was announced to be delayed. The new takeoff time was 11:50.

This all happened as I was checking in.
I spoke to the lady at the counter and asked her if everything was ok for my next flight, also with peach. It was leaving at 14:30.

She informed me that everything would be ok.
I asked her again. Please let me know if there will be any issues. Because if it is difficult for me to catch the next flight, tI will not take this flight and return home to Hokkaido.
She said it was not an issue. We will land in Tokyo at 13:30, and she will request someone to meet me at Tokyo airport to assist.

Once I got on the plane, I spoke to the cabin crew and informed them about my situation. Then said they would contact the ground crew and tell them.

Once I landed, I got off the plane, and no one met me.
I ran to get my luggage, and by the time I reached the counter, they said I could not catch the flight.

I asked to speak to a manager; once he arrived, I explained my situation to him and what was said and promised to me.

He said no matter what the peach staff told me or promised me, and he takes no responsibility.

I asked because I missed my connection flight with peach. Because of peach, will they provide me with a flight tomorrow? He looked at me and said, “NO.”

I asked if I could get a refund for the flight I missed? He said, “NO.”

I asked if the airline would offer me a hotel to stay for the night as the next available flight to Ishigaki would be the following day. And he said there would be no hotel, no new flight, and no refund. Then he walked away.

I was now having lived in Japan and other counties. Japan has always been the place that offers the best service. If I had taken two different airlines, I could understand the reluctance to take responsibility for the other company.
But this was a round trip booked on the same airline. And they don’t care. Rude staff and no sympathy or compassion for a situation created by their company. When I asked Hokkaido why is the flight delayed, they said someone was late. So it caused the flight from Tokyo to be delayed. So I asked in Tokyo. Why can’t the plane wait for a little for me? No one cares. No one listens to me. They left me in Narita airport with no support.

I had to book a new flight and a hotel for the night. I lost a day of my vacation and spent extra money because of this airline. I repeat, no support, no compassion, and zero customer service for a situation of their own making, and the customer is left suffering.

I will never fly with them again, and I encourage anyone else not to use them if you have another choice. Better pay the slight difference in price and travel with ANA or JAL. They truly take care of their customers.

First off as the title says worse airline ever! I have traveled all around the world and been to many countries and this is the worse experience I ever had (including Ryan Air, my Europeans you know what I mean).

This is going to be a long one.

I had multiple stop in this trip and had horrible experiences the entire time. I am familiar with the luggage policies on these budget airlines, so I packed light. ***Note*** This airline looks for ways to exploit cash from you in every single aspect.

My first flight from Okinawa to Fukuoka was good no complaints… And then it happened all the problems from here on out… I booked my tickets a few weeks in advance because I know peach tickets sell out fast.

The night before I fly from fukuoka to Osaka I get an email confirming my flight from… NAGASAKI (WTF moment #1) so I quickly try calling to find out why it says Nagasaki instead of Fukuoka… to my luck I’m greeted with the usual “sorry we are closed recording”. I arrive to the airport about an hour early to try to correct the problem… and yes once again to my luck there’s no customer service representative’s. You have to call the 800 number which opens at 0900 am and I’m pretty convinced I was the first person the call the number because I hit send at the change of the hour… and then the phone rang for 45 minutes. Finally someone answers and I explained the situation. I get a “Oh I’m sorry …. Did you get an error online when you were buying your tickets… If you answer “NO” they will not help you, and ask you repeatedly did you have an error on your screen (can you see where this is going) so finally after just saying yes … they say oh great what error did you get because they want to see it (remember on a voice call). I said it was an error that said Fukuoka to Osaka… which their next reply is sorry we cannot help you, change your ticket, or offer you a refund.. you have to purchase another ticket. so I had to buy another ticket, I tried to buy it over the phone but… you have to pay an 2,500 JPY fee for a human person to help you book a ticket plus all the extra hidden charges they get you with .. pick your seat charge print your paper ticket charge which all added up to about 8,000 JPY (extra). I declined and was very Iucky I had my iPad and was able to save myself from potential bankruptcy.

The next flight… yes they got it right the correct flight from Osaka back to Okinawa. Be warned the Peach terminal in Osaka has LUGGAGE POLICE …. I get to the airport early as usual just in case anything goes wrong (as my previous flight). No problems just yet. Now I checked in got my ticket and went to go through the security check. Remember those luggage police they block the entrance and watch you measure your carry on and weigh it. … my carry on was maybe…maybe 1 inch larger than the allowed limits and was 1 Kg over the 7 pounds “COMBINED” total.. which means your purse and or backpack have to weigh 7KG total (not each). So these small Japanese woman blocking my way into the security check made me check in my carry on… so now I have to exit the line and go to baggage check.

I get to the counter and I informed them I had to check in my carry on… all the charts with cost come out. One says 1800 JPY and other says 2900 JPY… yes They really got me this time… no way to check pay for my suitcase online this time and I got charged extra for in person… as I’m paying the other attendant is staring at my backpack and say we have to check your bag to see if it is less than 7KG … my bag was tiny and if I had 7KG it would be a miracle… it was “6.6 KG” …

People who travel with clothes … and flying with more than a thong underwear be prepared to pay.

With all the entire charges incurred I could have flown with JAL or ANA got a free coffee no check in luggage and free Wi-Fi… just saying
