Worst airline we’ve ever flown. Charge extra for everything and will weigh your carryon. They have cancelled and delayed flights many times with no refund. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because the prices are so cheap, but you get what you pay for! It’s not worth it. We showed up 1 minute after check in “closed” 30 minutes before departure and they wouldn’t let us board or book another flight. Awful customer service. Never again.

Worst line ever. Peach is a scam, very bad service.
, they make you pay a fortune even when your hand luggage is 100 gr. over the ridiculous 7kg limit. Never again, they don't even offer an email for complaints and they don't listen to customers. Also they allocated a family of 4 in totally different seats across the plain purposedly, and lastly the flight was delayed. I have travelled the world and never faced this treatment. Unacceptable

We arrived 3 minutes late to acceptance, but the staff did not receive and the procedure and asked to buy a new ticket and no specific instructions. The receptionist is female, she's standing outside the drop off counter. Her attitude was very bad.

I bought this ticket a month in advance in preparation of my flight to Narita. Since there was an additional maze of PCR testing and confirmation of test results, etc. I ended up missing the window to check-in for my flight by less than 10 minutes. Even though the flight had still not departed and there was about 30 minutes left until departure, they would not let me through. I then had to buy another ticket, which was the next day, and also buy a hotel room near the airport which was an additional $200+. I would avoid this airline like the plague. It's worth it to pay more to avoid Peach.

Im trying to avoid using this airline as much as possible, and this time I have to fly with peach because all the other flights are very expensive.

The most problem I'm having this airline is the luggage and their nonsense policy. I bought 2 checked baggage, and each is up to 20 kg. I bought 1 for my suitcase and 1 for my skateboard. However, I couldn't combine weight. My skateboard only weight 5 kg so the other 15 kg goes to waste. Talking about other airline, Skymark gives you 20kg for free up to 2 luggages and both can be combined. The only thing is Skymark doesnt fly to Narita.

I wish the airline at least read all these reviews and improve their policies and customer service (both online and at the counter)

This is going to be the last time I'm using this nonsense airline. I should've paid for Jal or Ana
