I panicked after seeing previous reviews but honestly had a seamless journey flying with scoot. Late setting off but still arrived on time. I flew from SYD > singapore > krabi and extremely glad I saved some money flying with scoot over other airlines. No in flight entertainment or complimentary water, but I was prepared for this so had a comfortable journey

I recently flew from Miri to Singapore on Scoot Airline, which is typically a 2-hour flight. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience this time around.

The aircraft used for this flight was notably small, configured with a 2 + 2 seating arrangement (one row with 4 seats). This meant that I had to sit shoulder to shoulder with the passenger next to me for the entire duration of the flight, which was quite uncomfortable.

In the past, Scoot used larger planes for this route, which were significantly more comfortable. The current smaller plane simply doesn't provide enough space for a 2-hour journey.

On a positive note, the cabin crew was fine and the toilet facilities were satisfactory. However, the cramped seating made the overall experience less enjoyable.

I hope Scoot considers reverting to the larger planes for this route to enhance passenger comfort.

Unreliable company.
One leg of flight has been cancelled.
Rescheduled/rerouted more than ten times before departure !!!
Panic every time i received a message from scoot. You never know how bad the inhalt is!!

Worst and most expensive budget airline I have ever taken. Online checkin doesn’t have seat selection option…it is assigned, so good luck!! When you attempted to change seat at the counter, you have to pay because the officer said seat was already assigned. I am not sure about anyone else but the entire check in process sounds ridiculous to me. Honestly, I cannot find a reason why I should fly with Scoot at all. Punctuality…not like it is the most punctual airline

I was supposed to fly from Athens to Berlin on October 25 2024 at 08.05. When I did the online check in it said that I would receive my boarding pass on the kiosks because of some identification that need on my ID. I arrived at the airport one and a half hour earlier than my scheduled flight. I run on the kiosk but NOBODY was there. I contact Skyserv which represents the company in Greece , as they don’t have any offices here . The stuff was rude and not helpful at all. All they said was that they can’t help me beacause I was LATE !! On the itinerary said that the kiosks are closing 1 hour before the flight. I was there one and a half hour earlier but everybody , apparently have gone. The result in that situation is losing my flight to Berlin which was very emergent and lose all my money. I had to book another flight to be there , I double paid my flight. I contacted your offices and the support team informed me that they can’t do anything , they just gave me a case number and said I have to wait 40 days to make sure that my story stand right. I am very disappointed . This airline was unable to help me . I am not satisfied neither by the answers I got nor the behavior. This company can’t help and provide people the basics . IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE EMPLOYEES LEAVE THEIR JOBS EARLIER ? AND WONT ASSIST THE PASSENGERS?
