Worst experience EVER , I was so idiot that I didn’t read the reviews before booking tickets with this terrible company, but it was the first time travelling alone without travel agent for an international flight so I had no idea!!! They expect you to pay even for the water for a 12 HOURS FLIGHT 2,5€ , of course no food , not even one biscuit is included, if I knew I would pay 80€ more to book with a more professional company , at least they provide personal screens at each seat with plenty of updated movies , games , news , they provide WATER, COFFEE, FOOD and much more comfortable seats!!!
I am never gonna try it again !!

Never again. Flight was due to leave around 9pm. Arrived hours before the flight, had checked in online earlier that day only to have the flight cancelled 1 hr before departure (pilot was sick). The next available flight was the following day at 4pm but this now comes with an 11hr layover. The flight to my destination is only 10hrs. No offer of a discount etc. I have now lost 2-3 days of my holiday. Please avoid this airline at all cost.

I will never fly with scoot again.i had booked a flight from Taiwan to phuket which cost me $220.Scoot than had to cancel all flights from Taiwan cause of the typhoon and that's understandable..though I than had to pay additional cost of $440 to have my flight change to the next day..so my flight which was originally #220 ended costing me nearly $700.Even thought they're the ones who cancelled the flight,not me!

SGD 1,100 for a return flight to Philippines. What a rip off! And this is supposed to be a low cost airline. What a joke. And they don’t care about their customers at all. They keep changing flight times and if you ask for a refund or credit to use later, they refuse.

Got to straight flight delayed due “operational requirements “ from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore and then from Singapore to Melbourne. Airline gave notice just a couple of hours before the scheduled time .
