They damaged my luggage (lost one wheel), and refused to approved my claim for baggage damaged as they treat it as a "natural consequence of dispatching".
Been to over 40 countries and 15 different airline, this is by far the worst one.
The pilot and two stewardesses made rude comments to me on the way out after landing. I don't know why they stand near the door if they're going to insult people as they leave the plane. Maybe they're confused about how the service industry works, or it could just be that they're Argentinos.
I'll obviously never fly on this airline again unless I have no other choice.
I tried to return my ticket online a week before my flight but they never even sent me a confirmation email. Then the day before the flight they sent an email reminding me my flight was upcoming. I tried to call the number but the sales department just said to go to the website. I also tried contacting on WhatsApp and they never replied to me. When I tried to go to the accounting department, I never reached an agent before the call was dropped. I don't think I will receive the refund.
Flight canceled without notice, next flight delayed without notice. Return flight was delayed and then the woman next to me coughed the entire trip. I asked the flight attendant to allow me to move to one of the many empty seats and she would only let me move one row away.
