We departed late 40 min!!!!! Only after 15 min they comunicate the reason of the delay. We arrived...late, stand up in the airplane for 15 min, and then they comunicate that there is no stairs to go out...and we have to wait for other 15 min. At the end of this time we could go out of the plane only from the back door. There were children on this flight and they had to suffer a lot of this situation; adults can manage to face, small children from 8 months till 6 years have it difficult. Awfull experience,,,and it's not the first time. AirBaltic is VERY often late. Thank you.

The flight was 2 hours delayed, I missed my train in Paris and had to pay for the hotel. During the flight I asked for water and I was said I had to pay 2,5 euros for that.

The flight was departing and arrving timely and were a rather cost effective trip. Will very much like to fly with them again.

I flew with Air Baltic CS300 on 27th March 2018. The seat configuration is 2 seats on the left and 3 on the right facing the cockpit. Due to this, the seats are alot wider and spacious too. Legroom is good too. The seat could be slightly softer but overall great seats. Economy seats you have to pay for food and drinks but prices are ok. The cabin crew were friendly and professional in greeting us and throughout the flight. I would recommend this airline company to everyone to use.

good price qualtiy. didnt have any food or beverage and the flight didnt have wifi tv or movies so i cant give an oppion about that
