We’ve had nothing but trouble with Air Canada from the start. Originally they didn’t tell us our flight had changed and were due to arrive 12 hours later than original! We only found it when we checked ourselves. They didn’t make it clear about luggage so we phoned three times to check our payment had gone through and we all had a confirmed bag. We were told multiple times (on a recorded line) that yes, we all had baggage. We’re at the airport now and we’ve been made to pay for baggage again for 3/4 people. Even though we had the credit card transactions showing we paid the first time. It’s absolutely appalling, customer service is horrific, and no-one has a clue what they’re doing. I would never fly with this company again and urge people to avoid them. They don’t deserve to be in business.
