I was flying from Toronto to San Diego and i wait 20 minutes to just check in my bag because the workers weren't there.I got to my gate and the flight was delayed 3 hours and switched gates 4 times. Then the flight did not have any water for free it was five bucks. Then the entertainment system stopped halfway through. Please never fly if you don't wan't to go insane.I wish i could give zero stars

First of all we’ve flown with AC many many times. We fly to Milan at least 2-3 times a year. The flight in the summer was always direct from Toronto. Lately, it doesn’t matter what time of year we travel but there’s always a stop in Montreal. Since we been passing through the airport in Montreal we’ve noticed lots of improvements. Maybe once the Montreal airport is renovated AC will go back to Milan Toronto nonstop. It’s 8hr 50 min to Montreal then another hour to Toronto. Meanwhile it’s only 8hr 35 min direct from Milan to Toronto.

If you have any option to choose any other airline, you will be better off. If you are looking for a comfortable flight, decent onboard snacks and legroom, this airline is not it. Being delayed by 2-5hrs is now expected. I will opt for a flight at 6AM or 11PM with Westjet, Porter, or any other carrier before choosing another Air Canada flight.

Check in process was a nightmare with a very long line. Forced to pay to upgrade seats at the airport since they oversold the flight.

My flight leaving yyz was delayed 4 hours. I received no vouchers for food. Due to the delay I missed my connection at Tokyo-Narita. I was rebooked by AC on an ANA flight departing from Tokyo-Haneda. The email from AC said they would forward my baggage to my next flight ( they lied). I had to scramble and find a bus across Tokyo to Haneda Airport. When I landed at BKK I had no luggage. I contacted AC the next day and they told me to contact ANA. I contacted ANA and they told me to contact AC. Eventually through the tourist assistance bureau in Bangkok I was provided the email address of the Air Canada baggage department at Narita. I wrote them explaining my situation and they replied that they had my baggage and directed me to come and pick it up. You could not pay me to fly this piece of crap airline ever again!
