Do not travel with this airline lost 2 days rb & b canceled 2 flights with bs excuses, they have gone downhill. 15 dollars vouchers for losing all this money! Clowns 🤡

The worst!!! Took my money for a flight I tried to cancel!
I cancelled part of my flight on Expedia one click full refund to my card. I tried to cancel the Air Canada portion, huge run around, Aeroplan passwords, verification codes etc. it said cancel hit that 4 times. Long and short they took the money said I did not cancel but I have proof of a credit they sent to me, they said was nothing. Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've flown with Air Canada before and had a bad experience. However, this time around it was much more pleasant. The gate staff were helpful and offered free checked bags which saved a lot of money. No lost bags or delayed flights. The flight was comfortable, although the food was subpar. Overall, much better experience this time around.

It’s should be departure at 5:55pm..then they delayed to the 6:45pm. And when we boarding, there has some “issues”with the plane, after hour and half waiting,they cancelled the flight and rebook for us. Oh yes the earliest rebook time for us is 5:00pm in the next day .its almost after 24 hours.. they just ruined our vacation.

The bag checker, an Indian man, took my carry-on bag off the plane, claiming it was too big, even though it was a normal size. It was the same bag I had flown to Canada with, then back to Rome, without any issues. However, when I flew from Canada to California, they removed it from the plane and were extremely rude to me. I will never use Air Canada again. I also recently saw Homeland Security questioning airlines about charging people to remove carry-ons as a way to make money
