On both legs viz Milan Linate to Rome and the return leg, the boarding process was a nightmare. One delay after another without any hint of an explanation from anyone. Once on board I found that the seats in economy are fit only for exceptionally small people. I am of average size and I have seldom been as uncomfortable in my life. I will most certainly never use this airline again.

I treated my wife who's family immigrated from Sicily to a two week trip in September. Having had amazing experiences in Italy - I've been there six times, I was thinking that the same quality, naturally, transfers to the airline since they essentially represent their country. BOY WAS I EVER WRONG!!! The quality of the plane (Chicago to Rome) - (Rome to Palermo) was awful. I upgraded thinking it was going to be spacious and I could barely fit. It was extremely uncomfortable and I'm over six foot. The seats are so packed together like sardines its unreal. The food quality was worse than dog-food and the staff was not very helpful in any way. Its a horrible horrible experience!!

Awful airline. No room to sit. All crammed in. Alot of people in the plane. Felt like a sardine. Airline stewards not accommodating. Never fly again. Stay away!!!

On August 19, my partner and I were returning from Trieste to Madrid with a stopover in Rome on flights AZ1364 and AZ64, which left Trieste at 19:25.

When we arrived in Madrid almost two hours late, we saw that they had lost our suitcase containing all our clothes and we filed a complaint at the airport.

We were going back on vacation on 08/21 early in the morning and we had almost no clothes to take with us, which caused another unforeseen event besides the loss of the suitcase.

When the suitcase arrived at my father's home on 08/21, it was left at the concierge's office because they were out of house and we were already travelling at that time. When my father picked it up, it was damaged and broken.

I opened the claim on their website on the same 21/08 and after 3 emails I still haven't heard from them.

Hello!
My name is Tanya Nassonov. My flight from Tel Aviv to New York (e-ticket 6618908510, reservation code JE2DQW) was canceled by ITA Alitalia.
I requested a refund or a voucher for a new ticket from ITA Alitalia (ITA case #00602010). ITA informed me that the funds for the ticket had been returned to eDreams (I had paid eDreams 791.3 euros for the ticket with my Mastercard and an additional 63 euros for the "cancellation at any reason policy."
eDreams has not responded to my refund requests. I then asked Mastercard to contact eDreams. After a thorough investigation of my case (Mastercard birur-case # 4385773), Mastercard requested a refund from eDreams. Ultimately, eDreams informed Mastercard that I am not eligible for any refund.
I would gratefully accept a voucher from ITA Alitalia for a round trip from Tel Aviv to New York that permits me to travel at a time of my choosing.
Regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation stipulate that airlines have a legal obligation to provide compensation if they cancel a flight.
