On August 19, my partner and I were returning from Trieste to Madrid with a stopover in Rome on flights AZ1364 and AZ64, which left Trieste at 19:25.
When we arrived in Madrid almost two hours late, we saw that they had lost our suitcase containing all our clothes and we filed a complaint at the airport.
We were going back on vacation on 08/21 early in the morning and we had almost no clothes to take with us, which caused another unforeseen event besides the loss of the suitcase.
When the suitcase arrived at my father's home on 08/21, it was left at the concierge's office because they were out of house and we were already travelling at that time. When my father picked it up, it was damaged and broken.
I opened the claim on their website on the same 21/08 and after 3 emails I still haven't heard from them.
