This is a relatively short flight and a smaller plane. We were served a snack and beverage. There is not enough overhead storage for carryons, so unless you board first, plan on airline staff tagging and stowing your luggage. The staff were professional and accommodating, We were early when we arrived in Bangor and when we came home. No huge accolades but no complaints either!

The flights were what you expect on short hops. American did one of the best jobs we have experienced on having the wheel chairs available as promised. We were very pleased.

We left MSP airport and had a stopover in Charlotte North Carolina. Had a 3 hour layover so we found a restaurant called Whiskey River owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr. was a very busy place but we were sorted quickly and our server was quick. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Highly recommend this if you have time. The flight from Charlotte to Dunlap was excellent. Watched movies and tv shows and had dinner and breakfast which were both very good. The staff on board were very good also. Of course we never slept on the plane!! American Airlines was a very good experience for us.

Flight was canceled but announcement was made late ( although it was obviously known to the ground staff that there were issues ), so we had no chance of rebooking a flight promptly.
Because the cause was air traffic control ( in the Turks and Caicos ), there was no compensation offered by AA.
We lost 2 days of vacation , and instead of flying on Friday , hope to fly on Sunday.
Communication regarding the checked luggage, was confusing with a lot of contradictions. Certainly no improvement in the way AA treats its customers ( 2 millions miles !! ).

The boarding process was quick and efficient and the air hostess where pleasant and provided a good quality of service.
