American was great! We had Food, free 1st bag! Easy check in, awesome. easy flight to Phoenix, then transfer to honolulu.

Trip was wonderful. We scheduled 3 tours per day for 5 days. Learned a lot and made great friends. Must have One hundred characters.

This was the first time we flew AA and it will not be the last. I was very impressed with the plane, service and overall in general. We will continue to use AA as we got more bang for our buck. No charging for carry ons and we still got a beverage in flight. We already have our next two trips booked and both are flying in AA.

worst nightmare ever, 4hrs flight; and the seating cushion was so uncomfortable, and it was 1.5 hr delay in the runway...! So 5.5hrs on that bench trapped in the thigh spot on the corner of that airplane... So I really NOT recommend it

Promptness: Flight # 680 was a hour late departing PHL because of construction in SF, which was not the airline's fault. Our arrival was as a result, an hour late.
Luggage: My checked luggage came as expected, prompt, undamaged.
Flight comfort: The flight was full and I was stuck in a center seat, which was all right because my neighbors were normal sized. My seat was broken; it was sunken. I had a hard backed book that I sat on for most of the flight, which was not comfortable but better than sitting in the depression that was my seat.
Summary: While the flight was safe and 0as prompt as it could be, AA needs to replace broken seats as this makes a long distance flight very uncomfortable!
