Before today my review would have been 0 but she changed everything. She was super amazing at the airport at 9am for a 1pm flight. Every other BA Staff should emulate her. She was helpful from the first minute I approached her. I had been on phone with BA customer service for 2 weeks and got no where. I was passed around. We got to the airport 6 hrs before the flight. Then mum Covid test came out as failed 24hrs to flight. She helped with everything. She waited until we got a new result that came at 11.59 and flight check in closed at 12. She called everybody to make sure my Mum, sister and 2 months old nephew got on the flight. GOD BLESS YOU MS KAUR. May you find favour in everything you do.
