I always fly with BA, on June 27th I flew from Toronto to London and the flight was super good. Excellent service, however when I took my flight to Amman, I was shocked to be given a small bottle of water and a pack of chips. No entertainment what so ever, even though the duration of the flight was as long as the previous one. When I asked the crew member, they said due to COVID, as if COVID exists only from London to Amman. I think it’s Racism:( everything you ask for they throw it on COVID.
BA should have sent an email to inform the passengers to expect this service as most of them were customers who usually fly with BA as myself. All the kids were recklessly asking for food. I had to give my pack of chips to the kid sitting next to me. It was a disaster. So I advice everyone who is planning on traveling with British airways to take your own food and entertainment device if flying to less fortunate countries. I was really disappointed:( I am traveling back to Canada with BA and I will surely be prepared differently according to my destination.

BA changed my schedule multiple times, i had to keep calling them for clarification. They cancelled my flight fromHeathrow to Nairobi and kept the one for Seattle to Heathrow. So how was i supposed to get to Nairobi? The chat agent had the nerve to tell me i'd have to be in London for 2 weeks before i can proceed to Nairobi.Their call center agents are very rude and give conflicting info.I finally had to cancel my fligh 2 weeks before my depature date. I am sort of stranded, cant find another flight for reasonable price. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If i could give them 0 stars i would absolutely do it.

Was the worst flight I’ve ever had!
Staff were so unfriendly and purposefully kept bumping into me as they walked past. Would not allow me to use my earphones even?? I asked why and they told me it isn’t allowed on board? Um, since when can’t a person use earphones?
Leg space is minimal and COVID protocol is not strictly followed…
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Before today my review would have been 0 but she changed everything. She was super amazing at the airport at 9am for a 1pm flight. Every other BA Staff should emulate her. She was helpful from the first minute I approached her. I had been on phone with BA customer service for 2 weeks and got no where. I was passed around. We got to the airport 6 hrs before the flight. Then mum Covid test came out as failed 24hrs to flight. She helped with everything. She waited until we got a new result that came at 11.59 and flight check in closed at 12. She called everybody to make sure my Mum, sister and 2 months old nephew got on the flight. GOD BLESS YOU MS KAUR. May you find favour in everything you do.

I was traveling with my wife (Note: in business class/club world) from Seattle to Bangalore via connecting flight in London and we reserved our seats together while booking the tickets. But mysteriously they changed it later and when we got our boarding pass, they assigned 11h and 5d. Called several times but they couldn't do anything and gave us wierd explanations like may be some one else needed those seats and there are no other seats together available. When we boarded, the whole plane was empty and still they didn't allow us to seat together. When we arrived in Bangalore (India), we had to wait 4-5 hours for covid results, looks like this is required only from passengers coming from UK and SA and again they didn't tell use anything related to this. Stay away from BA and avoid UK for connecting flight.
