I always fly with BA, on June 27th I flew from Toronto to London and the flight was super good. Excellent service, however when I took my flight to Amman, I was shocked to be given a small bottle of water and a pack of chips. No entertainment what so ever, even though the duration of the flight was as long as the previous one. When I asked the crew member, they said due to COVID, as if COVID exists only from London to Amman. I think it’s Racism:( everything you ask for they throw it on COVID.
BA should have sent an email to inform the passengers to expect this service as most of them were customers who usually fly with BA as myself. All the kids were recklessly asking for food. I had to give my pack of chips to the kid sitting next to me. It was a disaster. So I advice everyone who is planning on traveling with British airways to take your own food and entertainment device if flying to less fortunate countries. I was really disappointed:( I am traveling back to Canada with BA and I will surely be prepared differently according to my destination.
