British Airways has seriously stepped up. Their flexible flight changing service and voucher system during covid has been incredible.
Totally converted to BA. Such a hassle free and supportive experience.
I always fly with BA, on June 27th I flew from Toronto to London and the flight was super good. Excellent service, however when I took my flight to Amman, I was shocked to be given a small bottle of water and a pack of chips. No entertainment what so ever, even though the duration of the flight was as long as the previous one. When I asked the crew member, they said due to COVID, as if COVID exists only from London to Amman. I think it’s Racism:( everything you ask for they throw it on COVID.
BA should have sent an email to inform the passengers to expect this service as most of them were customers who usually fly with BA as myself. All the kids were recklessly asking for food. I had to give my pack of chips to the kid sitting next to me. It was a disaster. So I advice everyone who is planning on traveling with British airways to take your own food and entertainment device if flying to less fortunate countries. I was really disappointed:( I am traveling back to Canada with BA and I will surely be prepared differently according to my destination.
BA changed my schedule multiple times, i had to keep calling them for clarification. They cancelled my flight fromHeathrow to Nairobi and kept the one for Seattle to Heathrow. So how was i supposed to get to Nairobi? The chat agent had the nerve to tell me i'd have to be in London for 2 weeks before i can proceed to Nairobi.Their call center agents are very rude and give conflicting info.I finally had to cancel my fligh 2 weeks before my depature date. I am sort of stranded, cant find another flight for reasonable price. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If i could give them 0 stars i would absolutely do it.

Staff were so unfriendly and purposefully kept bumping into me as they walked past. Would not allow me to use my earphones even?? I asked why and they told me it isn’t allowed on board? Um, since when can’t a person use earphones?
Leg space is minimal and COVID protocol is not strictly followed…
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
