Saddened that my first British Airways experience will be my last. Booked Business Class in 2019 for our honeymoon which we finally got to in June 2021. Poor communication/information throughout. Flights were cancelled three times. Forced by their lack of info to pay a further £56 to sit together despite the plane half empty. No lounge on return trip despite it showing as open on the website. Requested the return of the fee for the seats to be told No in a "if you don't like it don't come back" attitude. Companies cannot keep blaming the Covid 19 pandemic for basic customer service issues. I've had better experiences on budget airlines. Shame.
