“Constantly cancelling and rebooking flights”

We booked flights for my mother to come and stay for 2 weeks. She is due to fly in one week yet for the past week we have had THREE cancellations and rebookings offered. First the outgoing flight, so we rebooked for 1 day later and changed the date of the PCR test that needs to be taken within 72 hours before and ensure she has results in time for her flight departure, changed the dog boarding and the taxi to the airport.... then.... her return flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for 2 days later. So once again we changed the PCR test that was booked prior to her departure, dog boarding and the taxi. THEN..... again today the return flight is cancelled, only three days after the last one was cancelled and rebooked... the only options now being for her to return after 1 week here or 3 weeks here, nothing else in between.... once again we have to cancel the PCR and rebook, the dog boarder no longer has availability for 3 weeks but what are the chances of this return getting cancelled? I would say pretty high?! What the hell is going on? No reason, nothing

Flight 1 went to sit in my seat. Magazine RACK bent so badly I had no leg room. I mentioned to the steward who Laughed. Oh really if it is funny you sit there. I will take your seat. He ran away. I find the Director who puts me up in a Crew seat for the whole leg. Compensation... a real struggle. PAINFUL trip terrible seat as only for landing DATE no option below and plane full
Flight 2 cancelled due to covid. Waiting for refund of OUR money. Not theirs to keep. Months ago Legal options in court follow. 4 letter words to describe them... you choose

Saddened that my first British Airways experience will be my last. Booked Business Class in 2019 for our honeymoon which we finally got to in June 2021. Poor communication/information throughout. Flights were cancelled three times. Forced by their lack of info to pay a further £56 to sit together despite the plane half empty. No lounge on return trip despite it showing as open on the website. Requested the return of the fee for the seats to be told No in a "if you don't like it don't come back" attitude. Companies cannot keep blaming the Covid 19 pandemic for basic customer service issues. I've had better experiences on budget airlines. Shame.

Food was awful, staff were snippy and so unfriendly with almost double the costs of other flights. Very Unsatisfactory.

British Airways has seriously stepped up. Their flexible flight changing service and voucher system during covid has been incredible.

Totally converted to BA. Such a hassle free and supportive experience.
