Worst flight I have ever been on, staff were rude, got the wrong food, pressed the service button 45 minutes for someone to come. Plane was filthy, seating configuration was dangerous, I was flying backwards. Table was unsafe overall a nightmare avoid like the plague.

Was originally booked on BA connecting flight back to sg. But flight from geneva to london was delayed repeatedly and they put us to SQ. This was not an issue until we lost a luggage upon reaching sg. So stupid! Will never fly with BA again.

Arrived early and check-in bag drop wasn't open, When it opened there was a huge queue, no separate bag drop, so queued for almost 2 hours, No BA staff at check in
to help. No time to buy a breakfast and no food other than a cereal bar on the plane. Very poor legroom on the flight. Flight was late due to late passengers from slow check-in so almost missed my train to Cardiff, again no time top buy food. Overall a poor experience. Crew were friendly but didnt do anything.

Booked this trip at short notice for business, check-in/bag drop quick and efficient as was boarding. Due to late purchase and lack of extra legroom seats (compared to say Tui) sat in a standard seat. Legroom terrible. Only food service was water and a cereal bar, no option to buy more. Flight on time. Overall would have got a better service for less on Easyjet.

Taking money from people for an inflight Wi-Fi service that doesn’t work, and then not responding to follow up refund request emails makes this business a dodgy market trader!
Rubbish inflight service and overpriced.. I’d rather fly low cost! Worlds favourite airline is a joke, this is now no better than Ryanair.
