Very nice flight... Good food and beverages... Very nice crew members... Aircraft is also excellent... I recommend this flight... Cost also very economical....the flight duration was about 8 hours. But didn't felt boring...

Firstly all the airline staff were really pleasant and extremely helpfully, plane was spotless on both legs of the journey , seats have ample leg room even for me at over 6feet , I would recomennd this airline without hesitation.

Once again had delighting experience with the Brussels airlines. Keep it up. Courteous staff and good food. Very good service as well.

Inbound : Flight on time, aircraft clean, staff nice and efficient, drinks not too expensive.
Outbound : aircraft was old (no flight info by screen), aircraft not too clean, long wait in Sal airport (connection), then again on board (admin problems).

Travelled recently from Brussels to Lisbon on a return trip and checked in online. Realised I had forgotten to book a suitcase (which many scheduled airlines nowadays don´t charge you for). So booked my suitcase for a fee of 25€. Arrived at the airport the next day and was told that I would be charged 35€ as my luggage was 2.7 kilos over the allowance....outrageous and petty for someone who spent almost 900€ on tickets....
