You get snacks and drinks even on low short fliegts. The attentands were friendly and polite if I compare them to attendants from other five star airlines. The older A320 planes they are in very good shape and clean. Online check in.workes very good and the airport in Brussels is good equipped with good bars and shops but not crowded at all.

The Brussels Airlines services from London Heathrow to Brussels are very convenient and quick, taking just 40 minutes from take off to landing. Despite the relatively short distance an at-seat service would be nice, like other Star Alliance members offer.

Altrough Brussels Airlines is a Star Alliance member, their service is not even close to their another members like Lufthansa, Swiss or Austrian. Very poor quality of food on long haul flight, and no servise on European flights at all. Not even water or beverage servise.

It was a regular flight with full price, but we did not get even simple water on the 4 and a half hours flight.
Next day (on the same ticket) we flew from Lisbon to Madeira in Tap Portugal. An hour an a half - We were given a nice sandwich, wine and light drink!!!

They lost my wife's luggage for 6 days. We had to call several times a day and they were not able to give us information. Since our originating flight was with United we contacted United and they were able to tell us the status of the luggage. We filed a claim to get reimbursed for essentials purchased while our luggage was lost.
They had a flight the next morning that they could have sent the luggage to us but they decided for some reason to wait couple of days before sending it. Customer relations department will not take any phone calls they respond with emails only. It took over 2 months with many calls to the airline and emails to their customer service to get the money back that. First they did not want to reimburse us, later we kept getting emails from customer service that the relevant department needs to approve it but they would not revile what department it was or how log it is going to take. I spoke to a reservation supervisor that told me that some times it takes them over 6 months to send the money and she was OK with it.
Also, the gate agents are rude, I had a carry-on suite case that they forced me to check in even though it was OK as a carry-on with all other airlines on many flights.
