Brussels airlines is a reliable airline, it departed on all 2 of my flights on time, and arrived on time, even early! They also have GREAT legroom but the food is a little bit expensive. They also cheaped out on using stairs instead of airbridges

The most incompetent airline I have ever flown with. Checked my son’s pram at the gate. Was told that it would meet us at the plane door on landing as we had a connecting flight. Arrived in Brussels for our connection and no pram. Caught our connection to Djerba and not only was the pram not there but also the car seat the we had checked. Was told the pram would arrive a few days later. Went to the airport to collect and guess what, it wasn’t on the flight. Now we have no idea where it is. Supposed to be getting the car seat in the next few days but I won’t hold my breath. Never had such poor service. To be left without a pram and car seat for a 22 month old is more than an inconvenience and has really left us struggling. Unforgivable. Wouldn’t fly with Brussels airlines again
Do not fly this airline. We flew with them for 1 flight and they lost 3 checked bags. We are now back home and are still missing 2 bags and it’s been 3 1/2 weeks so far!
Their communication is non existent and their systems are terrible. We have just heard from ground staff in Nairobi that our bags have turned up there. Brussels still shows that the bags are at their airport!
Thanks to Brussels Airlines in Brussels we made it. After more than 60min delay of the incoming flight and an incompetent Edinburgh airport we made the connection in Brussels thanks to Brussels airlines great support to bring us between the flights by personal mover and by car. The team was great and we managed it within 10 min between international and domestic incl. passport control. And this peaceful and supportive. Thanks. Lot. That was great and not usual anymore on other airports and with other airlines. You were just great. Simply the best! Thanks again.
Arrived at my destination on Tuesday, waited for my bags and didn’t get them. Thankfully I had AirTags in them and they should my bags were still in Brussels. We tried contacting them and got nothing but finally we went to their embassy and they told us we would get them in two days.
I really hope they do better with this system, can’t have someone waiting for their luggage a whole week because now they have to buy stuff to get them through those days.
What I know is I’m not using this airline again!
