I made a complaint about these two months before and nobody has answer me till now.My complaint num 047-W-20194/28.07.24.On two flights from Sofia to Palma and from Palma to Sofia flight was late for 2.5 hours.Nobody cares about these company they are last hole on earth.When we got on plane to Sofia every one was fighting about their sits, people dont wont to sit they were rude.Flight attendant blond one in economy class was doing nothing, just standing on side.We lost our slot and waited more in plane. Our captain was Dimitar and there were 3 stuardes one blond and one brinette in economy class and blond one who was main attendant in front.our problem was with the blond one in economy class.So you see how terible is Air Bulgaria their stuff even dont wear names on their uniforms so i have to explain these way.Me my children and my housband were on our sits together. attendant came and demanded from my son to stand from his sit because of ather bulgarian family to be sited together.Isad no, because we are also family and we are on our sits together.Minuts later she put her water jacket on my sit to explain the procedure in case of emergency.She didnt ask me anything the jacket was on my shoulders.In that moment I didnt understand what was she doing but when they started to serve lunch, she just jump us me and my kids.She didnt give us to eat.First i mean it was a mistake but no she give all the plane to eat only 3 of us didnt get anything.I was very ill in the moment and no I regret that i didnt talk to main attendant and told her what was going on.I felt miserable we were on milion other aeroplanes all around the world and always trited with respect from staff.I told her colege brinete what has hapened and she gave us sendviches.We are never gonna fligt with these company and we are gonna tell everybody we know about what happend.In normal companie they should check about what ther staff are doing, but obviosly not in Bulgaria Air.They will loose a lot of clients because of their rude, bad stuff.And at the end of our flight nobody from stuff is saying goodbye to the passingers like other company do.So I dont give even 0 to these company.
Always delays.. always blaming that they are waiting some "flight documents"... Used 3 times for 2 months, 3 times delays.. unfortunately, there's no other option for short-distance flights in Bulgaria..
We used this company twice recently and both times it was such an awful experience!
Plane was dirty and dried up old food on the little tables. Not enough brochures for every passenger- few people had to share one. The staff are extremely miserable and rude, very unhelpful and badmouthing their customers in Bulgarian language.

After one trolley service we asked if we could have more drinks, to which they said “we are finished! We are counting our money! “ in a very stroppy voice. I wanted a bottle of water and they refused it to me!
Only one toilet to be used by passengers and there was a constant queue during the whole flight! This was not fun when you are traveling with children! The cleanliness is another matter!
On the way back from our trip was disappointing again! There was a delay about 40 minutes. Only one person checking people in! Took forever! Again staff were extremely rude and miserable and so unhelpful! Very unprofessional behaviour and discriminatory towards a passenger with social needs. Again not enough brochures- only one between the row of 3 passengers. The menu choice is very limited and lots of things were out of stock. I purchased some noodles and I as given and tiny spoon to eat my noodles with, that was challenging! Asked if I could have a fork- the answer was again that they “ ran out “
I know this is a budget air line but this was the worst experience I have ever had!
PS. I am Bulgarian and this was embracing and sad for me to witness from the staff and the way they treated the customers that are paying for their salary. I hope someone reads the reviews and make some changes because I will not be using this company again and I am probably not the only one….Other budget airlines provide much better services and the staff are polite and happy to help.
Very disappointed ex customer
There is no customer service! The flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, and they refused to give us any reason why, or when/if another flight was planned. They owe us compensation for this (according to the European Commission Regulations), but they never replied to our requests,
If possible, AVOID THIS AIRLINE!
