I was flying Bulgaria Air from Sofia and was going to Madrid. Once I got to the airport surprise surprise,my flight was delayed 3 HOURS… But wait at least the staff were kind,guess what TERRIBLE especially at the gate were the check in assistance randomly
Said‘get in the plane’ And it’s not just the airport, onboard the food…wait THERE WAS NO FOOD ONBORD. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WHO WORKS 24/7 AND THE FLOOR WAS A DISGRACE WORST LEGROOM TOO! EVEN RYANAIR IS BETTER 🇧🇬👎

Punctual flight, more than enough room for tall people which i didn't expect, free sandwich, a hot beverage, mineral water and a chocolate. Very pleasant flight & all was excellent. I do not understand the criticism in some reviews, mostly Americans who are not used to not being treated like kings/queen's. Please, ignore.
Had to contact customer service 2 days beforehand - the problem with personal details was sorted.

Do not book with Bulgaria air. Just don't. Their customer service is so bad and i feel scammed. They did not help me at all and got my booking wrong. I paid extra for a service and they refused to help me, answer my calls and answer my emails. They do not care at all. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Was transferring from Rome to Larnaca through Sofia Bulgaria . The lady at the gate was so rude it was almost unbelievable! All I was doing was asking her questions about my luggage and she practically told me to shut up each time. She then said if I didn’t stop talking I wouldn’t be allowed on the plane. As a customer and business class no less you would think the staff would be trained to treat their customers like it courtesy and as a human being with respect! I was concern my luggage would not be put in the flight due to the short transfer time. Terrible service, I will never use this airline Infact I doubt I will ever visit Bulgaria after this.

Terrible staff! Worst service that I've ever experienced!!!!!! Very rude to pregnant women and zero respect to the people.
