Everything was smooth with Jetstar, however our flight was just 1.5 hour. Clean plane, enough leg room and comfortable seat. No on flight entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend for flying on a budget, specially if you don't have check in luggage.

Prices are not always good. But service definitely not good. Had the group bookings for family to come down for wedding, had bookings back to visit the families, none of them are actually put a smile on me or my family's faces.
Special checked in my luggage at another counter with the fragile/ special care sticker on. Came out with two holes on the top and one hole at the back of my luggage! this is Disgusting.

The best part of Jetstar airways is its price, but the features are not so great.

I flew from Singapore to Hong Kong which is a 4hr flight and there were no Tvs and no wifi. For a modern carrier to not offer one of those, is outrageous in modern day.

The service was very good as the flight attendants helped with my every request.

As an overall, it was a good flight, however, I wish there was some sort of inflight entertainment based on the duration of the flight.

Flight cancelled and moved to Emerates 2 hours later which was fine. However, paid for business class with Jetstar and via live chat they confirmed they hsd transferred the booking to business class at Emerates it didnt happen. They eould not provide a transcript of the conversation as proof and when i entered live chat again and confirmed business transfer and showed the Jetstar counter staff they still didnt honour it!. Jetstar said they would send an email with flight /accommodation vouchers etc in lieu but still waiting. Supervisor on the phone wouldnt speak to us ground staff although trying to help left to deal with on their own. Jetstar just do not follow through nor honour their promises. Dismal business practice i am appalled that a company can actually run like that.

Never travelled with Jetstar Asia before -Definitely won't again. [Part of group booking ( wedding) -so flight came with it}.

I guess this is standard for a low cost carrier-people endure the discomfort of seating and zero service for low airfares -but when you flight is 5+ hours -and at night -you are very glad to get off.
Seats very basic and thin , little leg room . No entertainment -service is absolute zero unless you request it -not even offered water.

On the plus side Jetstar Asia seemed reasonably organised and looks to carry a good safety rating -which not all Asian LCC do . Pretty important I would say if you are using LCCs.
