Most important: flight was on time. Delta offered a very reasonably priced upgrade to First. Airport was super crowded.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Delta Airlines, I had originally booked with Virgin but the flight home got changed, being a Virgin partner I hoped they would be as good as Virgin, and they were! Excellent service on board from all the staff, nice extra touches like warm clothes to clean your hands with and bottled water handed out before meals. As I'd booked economy class on the flight home I had no complaints, but if I'd booked Virgin first class and had been moved onto a Delta plane, I think I might have had a few complaints as it didn't look as good.

I flight from Madrid,Spain to Houston Texas last October and my flight was very relax, the food very good,the service very friendly. The seat plenty of legroom . The flight arrive one hour early so plenty extra time for my connection in Atlanta to Houston. Very happy with the service.

We sat in 24C and 24B next to the restroom and the seats could not recline. Boarding process was extremely slow but landing was smooth. Only cookies and pretzels were available as snack choices but overall an ok flight.

Plane in Amsterdam was delayed for 4 hours, also in flight from Atlanta to Tegucigalpa our luggage was left in USA and airport had 10 hours to take it from one plane and put to another
