First time travellers with easyJet but we had no problems at all, we normally travel with Monarch so we were a little anxious before the flight but we needn't of worried because everything went extremely smoothly, we had no problems at all

Flight was delayed to to industrial action in France. We were kept informed and took off 1hr 15 mins late. This delay was not the fault of the airline.
Ground staff at Alicante were not particularly efficient and the information boards were inaccurate.

We arrived at the airport to find the flight had been delayed. There was then an extended period when the gate announcement was further delayed and the departure time apparently remained with the original 1 hour delay. This carried on even as the gate announcement approached the hour. When we finally took off, the crew say they had no water because they had judged that passengers would prefer a lower delay than them reloading water. I think we can be fairly sure that the priority was to minimise the delay to avoid having to pay compensation rather than passenger concern. Apart from that the flight was fine and I would say its better than the usual Ryanair experience.

Great flight, on time departure, early arrival. Hand luggage only and so speedy in and out at both ends. Only complaint is the now ridiculous Euro/GBP ex rate for food and drink and the prices onboard are simply too high.

Congratulations to easyJet - quick and efficient boarding, flights on-time in both directions, friendly and enthusiastic cabin crew, good food/beveridges and just enough leg room as I am over 6ft tall.
