“EasyJet = CRAP”

Staff = zero. Extremely rude
Service = zero. No one sorted
Online Service/Support = ZERO
Website with Loads of problems for you to check in.
No tolerance for someone that was stuck in traffic in the Motorway, because of an accident. I showed on Google Maps the motorway showing RED.
THEY DIDN'T CARE.
HOPE THAT GOES BANKRUPT SOON. THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. ONLY CHOSE THIS AIRLINE BECAUSE HAD THE EARLIEST FLIGHT TO LISBON.
Hope you get what you deserve fir treating clients like this.

Because of the Covid situation we were little bit nervous about flying but we need to have been. EasyJet took great care of us and we felt safe from start to finish.

The boarding was quick and efficient and we left on time. The safety procedures for both the flight and the virus were explained to us in detail and everyone wore masks pretty much the whole time through. The only exception was when eating and drinking which is fair enough.

The crew were brilliant. Attentive, friendly and professional at all times they looked after us really well and we had an enjoyable flight.

Much better than I could’ve even hoped for so well done easyJet!

Excellent from start to finish. The Staff were very COVID conscious and made us all feel very safe. The transfers from and to the airport to the hotel were also first class so thanks to Dianna Travel for that. Our Easy jet rep Murat Sahin was there for us and explained everything to us. If we needed him at all he was on the phone 24/7
Overall this was a magical trip organised by Easy Jet Holidays and I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I booked a flight from Manchester to Belfast. The gate was announced at 7pm so everyone went to the gate area and sat down the staff came at ten past 7. A member of Easyjet Sofie Phillips started shouting at people to get back up the stairs. It was so unprofessional and rude. There was many older people than her that she spoke to in such a disgusting manner. I would reconsider booking with easy jet again as I felt horrible watching her shout at people in that tone. EasyJet should teach their staff time management and how to speak to people!

Admittedly we have previously had good experiences with easyjet BUT its response to COVID19 has been absolutely appalling.

First they cancel our flight without a refund, and with a separate flight we are notified we are eligible for a refund yet we are told we can only apply by phone - then they leave us on hold for over 2 hours with no answer! Over a month later we are advised we are no longer eligible for a refund because they have no record of us boarding the flight? What the hell are they thinking?

Made the mistake of booking yet another easyjet flight only to be denied boarding (along with a dozen other passengers) by rude unhelpful staff due to a simple typo on a passenger locator form. DISGUSTING.

Congratulations easyjet, your reputation is in the gutter now and you will not be getting our business ever again!

Shame on you and your pathetic service.
