I have never in my life experience such a horrible customer service like Emirates has. You can only communicate through an online form. They take weeks to get back to you and only give excuses. There's nobody else to speak to about this but this online form. I don't even care that the flight attendance sucked during our flight in business class. They disappeared or were shortstaffed or something. That wasn't the problem. The problem is is that they badly damaged one of my luggage. My luggage was only two weeks old, and there was tears and rips all over it. They won't own up to it, they won't reimburse me for it, they give nothing but excuses. I've never disliked an airline more than them, and I will never fly with them ever again. BEWARE of their lack of accountability and horrible communication with customer service if you were to ever have an issue with your flight or luggage.
