Was supposed to fly from Taveuni in Los Angeles mid August 2017. Our flight out of Taveuni was cancelled due to motor problems. The same flight was also cancelled the day before! They claimed we would get out by 6PM. As the airport has no lighting there is no way for a place to take off in the dark from an airport with no radar/dario guidance. We got out the next day to Nadi and had to stay 14 hours between flights. Fiji Airways downgraded me from Business to Coach. They refused me access to the business lounge and ended up putting me in a seat that could not recline. Fiji Airways contacted me and said they would do anything to make my flight as comfortable as possible and in return they gave me one of the worst flights ever. As a multi-million miler traveller they rank as one of the worst experiences ever.
