Easiest check in of any airline.
Best luggage deal
Like the fact that the captain stands at the door talking to passengers as they leave.

We booked all through Jet2, flights, holiday, transfers etc and all was well organised and prompt. Many helpful staff at Birmingham for outward flight LS1275 on Friday 6th October and straight to check in desk for luggage which was an easy service. Excellent chief steward on flight, Shaun, who is an excellent salesman, based on my wifes purchases, and a really well organised and friendly guy.
Inward flight LS1276 on 16th October again there were plenty of staff at Palma airport and directed to check in desks which were busy but flowing well. Miserable chief stewardess on this flight who was actually ignorant and rude and did not appear to be that organised as the flight time seemed to overtake her services being offered which given our outward flight was shorter in duration and there was plenty of time for all services to be covered.
Waiting for luggage was a problem at Birmingam however. No screens available and we were informed by Jet2 representatives, Carousel 6, then after 15 minutes, Carousel 5, then after another 20 minutes Carousel 6 again, then after walking there somebody shouted Carousel 5 despite some travellers finding their cases on Carousel 6 and I did find one case at Carousel 6, then back to Carousel 5 and eventually our second suitcase. This was farcical, comical and above all else ridiculously poor customer service when customers just want to get home. Hopefully the electrics will be sorted at Birmingham and this will be resolved but leaves a sour taste after all the good Jet2 work up until the return flight and baggage reclaim. First time.me and husband flown with jet 2 super fast service very friendly staff no waiting what so ever.and our hotel pick up was on time to we will use jet 2 again in future it been one of the best airline we ever used for how fast we got through check in and things and nice reasonable prices on there package deals we will fly with these again

Great company great staff fantastic air crews I can’t praise this company enough !
They really really do know their stuff and look after you from beginning to end

We had an excellent aircraft, I believe it was aBoeing 757 with four entrances either side of it - the aircraft was devided into two sections, rows 1 -32 first section and the second section from row 33 onwards; both row one and row thirty three had extra legroom because of the exits.

The cabin crew were very helpful in their duties and between the two sections were two toilets and above your head was the overhead storage compartments with strapping to stop any items from falling out and the compartment door closed everything off.

If you booked and paid for you food online - they had a list of who to give it to.

There was also a trolley from which you could buy food and drinks, hot and cold.

The safety procedures were demonstrated at the beginning of thw flight and a trolley to buy your duty free.

A very good company to fly with ***** Very highly recommend
