Enough legroom, comfortable seat, interesting entertainment on board, good customer service. My only regret is that the flight was an hour late and we couldn't see anything of Kilimanjaro because it was already dark and we were also very tired from waiting many hours between two flights, having woken up at dawn to take the first one.

A reliable service within budget, thats all I want from my African carriers. Kenya performs!
On the occasion I needed to see my Mombasa client in the morning and be back in Nairobi for wrap-up talks same day.
The Mombasa flight at 08h00 easily allowed for all that.
Return to Nairobi left on time again 14h40.
Thanks for the ease of travel.

We flew from Nairobi to Entebbe on Kenya Airways and were pleased with all aspects of the journey. Boarding and departure were prompt and efficient. The plane was good, clean and seating fine for a short journey. Having previously flown on Precision Air within Africa, I would definitely recommend Kenya Airways over Precision if given the opportunity

KQ 503

Check in and boarding was smooth. Took off 17 minutes after scheduled departure time. Dinner was served an hour after take off. By the time they got to my seat on row 30/32 chicken was finished so the choice was between beef and vegetarian. The beef was good, just the right amount of spices and served with rice and some veggies. Disappointing that the white wine wasn't chilled one bit! It was served at room temperature. Got to Nairobi 25 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time. My luggage was already on the belt by the time I got there.

Had checked in online the day before but baggage drop-off took exactly 63 minutes from 6:33am on Sunday January 14th after I cleared the first security scanning point because there were only 4-6 baggage drop off counters manned at any point in time out of the possible 29 desks available yet the baggage drop-off queue was even extending beyond the entry door before the first security scanning point. Staff manning the desks kept on knocking off work coz their shifts were ending at 7am. Shifts should be rearranged to ensure there are a maximum number of staff available throughout that time in the morning considering that it's peak time when most KQ flights depart. Otherwise the flight was OK and on time. On-board service was excellent from Hilda and Ayisha though the white wine wasn't chilled, as is usual on KQ flights.
