All went well, the flight from Penang to Langkawi is only 35 minutes but all good, service ok, flight on time and friendly crew

I refer to the particular flight MH795 on 9 October 2019.
1) Its an old aircraft without the IFE, though the flight is only 1 hr 15 mins...but at least its an international route and it happen that in this flights, there were lots of foreign tourists on board. 1st impression is very important and MH, you ruin it.
2) Upon arrival at KLIA, my check-in luggage came out 6 minutes after the other economy class bags are out, though my bag was tagged with the priority luggage tagging on it. I was the first to arrive at the belt. So, I'm wondering what is the point of having priority tag.

The plus point though was that the crew members were very pleasant on board.

Malaysian Airlines has its own unique class and great value. Flying seven Hours to Adelaide is ideal where service facilities is excellence. we have a pleasant flight and a nice team to make us feel very comfortable and at home. Ground staff is also very good. Very courteous and polite.

a night flight, which unfortunately not the most comfortable. An older plane with limited leg room, and when you cannot sleep some up to date films would have been nice. However, all the crew were attentive and helpful.

Malaysian airlines has its own class! Thigh we were travelling in economy because of shorter distance we enjoyed the services and hospitality . The food choices are both veg & non veg with Chardonnay wine making it a perfect journey . The monitors on the seat gives you bright options to choose from the entertainment menu. While it’s among the clouds you can still keep tracking your routes. The crew is supportive! Overall it was one of a Superb experience !
