Well I was pretty scared ahead of our flights after reading the reviews on here so I was very pleasantly surprised. Very efficient boarding procedures, pretty much on time, very friendly ground and air staff and food very pleasant.

For their low price, it is ideal to fly with Oman Air. Be aware though that the leg room is limited, so if you have long legs take that into account when reserving your seat. All in all a good experience with this airliner.

I was shocked as the service was better than expected and the staff very helpful. I had good flight and it was on time.

Sorry, but I give a thumb down for this flight. The overall comments are the same as my comment earlier but I had a bad experience with the flight crew. I'm asking twice for extra drinking water due to I have to take medicine but the crew is totally ignored me. For the 3rd time, I'm requesting for other flight crew and just after that he come and assists me. Maybe the 1st cabin crew is tired but due to professionalism, she need to assist me according. I'm paying for the service.

it doesn‘t have to be business or first class all the time. flying oman air economy is like flying business with other airlines. an attentive and friendly crew tries to make your flight as comfortable and relaxing as possible. the leg space is bigger then in most of the other airlines and the food is excellent. if you book online you even have the option to chose from a variety of different menus and cooking styles.

and in the roughly two hours stop over in muscat you can stretch your legs and shop in the new airport. the oman air lounge, for those who are frequent travelers or who booked the lounge online together with the flight, offers excellent food (local and international) and a fast internet.

at the end the flight is 2 hours longer then a direct flight but getting up, walk around a bit and have either a nice snack or shop thru the nice airport and duty free stores makes it to a nice and for some a new experience...

and other then that you don’t pay more but less for more and better service, then with most of the other airlines.
