Mistake on previous review. Should have shown Excellent Would definitely use this airline again provided the price as right.
Care shown to my husband was brilliant by all staff at all airports.

Check in opens at 05:00 am at T4 LHR, We were 2nd in the Q and it was plain sailing the lady who checked us in was fantastic so polite, professional, superb it was a real pleasure to have had this person. Boarding was very quick and simple the flight was great the staff were Excellent the entertainment could be better but was good the service was 100% spot on and the food was really good absolute spot on plenty of drinks and a snack after meal time but apart from main meal service you cannot get a cup of Tea or Coffee?.....which was a shame that was the only draw back something so simple but all in all a Very good time with Oman Air.... Would I/We use them again?.....Yes without any hesitation........

The service on board was good.
Vegetarian food was okay. Nothing special.
The staff were good.
The leg space was okay. In-flight entertainment was good. The cleanliness was good.
Stop over in Muscat was less than 2 hours.

I was disappointed in the crowded plane, small seats, uncomfortable legroom despite having paid extra for slightly more legroom at the exit row. Then it turned out that those seats have armrests that don't fold up, making the cramped feeling worse. Food was ok, but not special. Service was fine but slow because there didn't seem to be enough crew to handle the full plane efficiently or quickly. All-in-all I wanted a special experience, but ended up feeling I was on a low-cost carrier, crammed in with too many people. The 1-hour stopover in Zanzibar after a 20-flight from Daressalaam was just one more inconvenience. Not sure why it takes an hour to take on passengers there. No more Omanair for me, thanks. Saved some money, but not that much to make it worthwhile.

i had a flight from bengaluru to muscat and then a connection from muscat to Dubai , to my surprise , there was no on board entertainment from Bangalore to Dubai , which was a surprise as it was along flight , but got it on my connection flight from muscat to Dubai which was just a 45 minute duration but the experience was nice , food served on both the flights was good , general cleanliness good , seat were fine in terms of comfort , leg-space provided is bearable but not that great , overall a pleasant experience ,
