Very bad experience I would rate Qatar airways worst airline ever louzy customer service,December 23rd we were suppose to fly from YUL to DXB visa DOH our flight was at 9:00 PM kept us in the plane till 4:30 AM flight cancelled and they announced that we'll collect our luggage and get the info from the counter what will be done then another announcment we cannot open the door for the luggage will keep them in the plane,after leaving the plane and arriving home at 7:30 AM text message that the departure at 8:00 PM they suppose to have the luggage in the plane,arriving to DXB we received only 2 luggage out of 6,made the claim and we were su[pposed to receive the luggage next day at our address in DXB never happened no update calling their luggage claim no answer,sending emails ne response,went to the airport couple days later found one of the luggages in the room don't know why they kept it their plus the louzy attitude of the employees and the lack of customer service,2 days later received one bag and 3 days later received the 5th one,after sending them several emails and letting them know that I'm flying back home to YUL on January 10th they delivered tha last luggage to my address in DXB on January 13th,they promised of compensation because of the delay which I never got,I've been asking to deliver my luggage to YUL no response,compensation for the delay no answer.
I don't recommend Qatar air ways stay away from this terrible airline.
