This is a budget airline and roominess reflects this. For a short flight we were very happy with what was offered. We had no delays and check in was very efficient.. Ryanair was also very thorough in keeping us up to date with luggage requirements which was really important for us.

It is the only direct flight from Brussels to Seville all other options take you a day of travel .... Always a busy airport on Charleroi, took a reserved parking and arrived on the airport, after going though the always chaotic security control I waited on my plane to leave. Once boarded the plane had a technical problem, Ryanair managed that very well within 20 minutes we got another plane and left the airport we arrived a little later then planned but still got there the same evening, my last ''technical problem'' with another airline took them 8 hours to get a new plane... overall value for money I had a smooth on time return flight

As a low fare airline, they are very cost conscious, and charge for all services, incliuding carry-on suitcases. The cabin crew is courteous, and serve adequate meals and drinks at a high price.
Seats are non-reclineable, and a with insufficient legrom for a tall person. You can chose a seat at a price where legroom is better.
Toilets are well kept, and inspected by the cabin crew during the flight.
Ryanair boast of being punctual, and that was the case in my 4 hour flight.

To sum it up: You get value for the exteremely low fares, if you accept the discomfort of the seats

Flying is just not what it used to be. I feel snacks and refreshments are grossly overpriced. There was hardly any leg room and seating was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The only positive I can come up with is that the price was very competitive.

It was like talking to a robot. No human touch. No willingness to assist. Then the robot like person ended conversation abruptly with not even a goodbye. Rude. Unhelpful. Unkind. Unacceptable. Never again.
