Returning from LasPalmas last Friday, Birmingham arrival on time, we loaded quickly for departure, all aboard, doors closed, then pilot announces we cannot take off for nearly 3 hours due to French air traffic control, making us late into Birmingham which was closing for runway repairs, so we were diverted to East Midlands and waited an hour for a coach to take us back to Birmingham Airport arriving at 2.45pm instead of 10.45pm.
Every other Canaries flight got back into Birmingham that day on time and every other flight arrived before the airport closed that night!

Just under 4 hours went smoothly ,no problems and service was very good on the flight,well worth to go to marys house ,virgin marys house and well worth it ,marismaris a great location to say

Outward flight went smoothly from check-in right the way through till landing in Budapest. However return flight did not go as smoothly entirely at the Boarding Gate where priority and non-priority were not separated after going to the plane. We were all kept waiting for over 30mins in a narrow passage before boarding which was less than comfortable at 9.30 on a cold November night. Should have been kept in the Departure lounge until the plane was ready.

you are paying for a cheep flight yes but you are then paying a bit more for your setting leg room the priority boarding is a big joke as 80% of the flight have paid of it. Isome time think if you were a flock of sheep you would be looked after better than use customers
