no television.at least they provided game sets for my children to play.it was very cold and dusty.it was not better than i exspected but it was worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually use silk air for little flights around Asia. I do realise it's a budget arm of Singapore but have always found the staff to be willing and helpful. They are mostly on time but seem to be late leaving a destination rather than arriving so no problem. They do provide a meal which is good but hardly needed on an hour or so flight. Unlike other budget carriers who give you nothing for free. I will continue to use them even with a few hiccups I've encountered over the years.

Disappointing as it is operated by such a great airline in Singapore Airlines.

Old plane, service not great, food terrible and drinks average.

Wouldn't fly with them again unless there was no other alternative.

Excellent airlines. Very clean and comfortable seats . Great food during the flight and amazing service.

5 stars airlines.

We had booked a flight on Singapore air from Maldives to Singapore. Several months after booking we got a cryptic notice that our seats had been changed. Upon further review we discovered the flight was now silkair, not Singapore. Flying in business class on Silkair was a major disappointment. Seats were not nearly as good as they would have been on the Singapore flight. Food was barely adequate. Looked like our flight attendants were in training as opposed to Singapore well trained. They handed us ipads for inflight entertainment. But, they weren't working. They kept trading them out trying to trick us in to thinking it was a problem with our unit. We could not watch more than a few minutes before it froze up again. If you have to fly Silkair, don't bother with business class. Oh, and no hand towels in the bathroom. Facial tissue as a substitute. On the plus side flight was pretty much on schedule.
