The A330 is good with 2 seats on the side. The meals were delicious and movies entertaining. The crew were lovely and we loved the anniversary cake delivered to our seat.

The 777 seating is still good while SQ have 9 abreast. The movie selection is huge and service attentive. Our one issue was meals. They were average in size and taste.

I have been traveling SQ and it has been one of the best airlines in the world.. Have been a GOLD card member for a long time. It is time to let this go! A case of success going to the head and starting a downward slide. It is getting WORSE by the day...

Cost cutting on basics, ground staff courtesies, crew behavior all turning for the worse....

Crew sees themselves as superior and does not respond the way they should. Last 3 flights I have taken with them have been quite late and for reasons of technical problem. I was traveling business and had no assistance even though I missed the original connection to KL and they promised all help to catch the next at Changi. Actually nothing came by.

Choice of lounge is something to be ashamed of for SQ Gold card....

Not worth its name and cost anymore.

great going over but terrible service coming back to sydney.....no further service after getting our supper......left at 11 pm ....people thirsty all nite.....

My first flight (SYD-SIN) in Premium Economy was a very pleasant one. Being 1.8m (6 ft) tall I was surprised at the amount of leg room. On this aircraft the seats are configured 2-4-2; which gives plenty of room if you are sitting against the wall. The seats are a two-seat module with tray tables tucked away in the arms. The arms of the middle two seats, of the (4) seats, fold up. Not bad if you score these on a long haul to Europe and you can stretch out. The seats were very comfortable and I didn't need to lay the seat back on the 8hr flight.
