I flew this stretch now 4 times, go and back, with them and once with ANA and the difference is day and night, of course, there is no point in talking about service since there is no service on Skymark. But, as far as I know, it is against all international or domestic safety regulations that all cabin announcements are ONLY in japanese, at least the safety announcements should be also in English or another international language. Even for non IATA carriers. And on none of the 4 flights did the cockpit crew say anything, not very hospitable, to say the least.
The planes itself are ok, the flights take you from your point of departure to your destination and if that is all you want out of travel, well, I guess it is ok.
For me, no more, I will fly out of Osaka international airport with a real airline or return with the only ANA flights very early morning or late evening.
the word airBUS got new meaning with skymark
