don't expect too much from Skymark airlines as they are economical airline, but left NGO and got to OKA on time. Since it's the earliest flight out of NGO, gave me plenty of time to do things once I got there, so it's very convenient for me.
but one thing, would be nice if the ground staff are a bit more friendly, I don't need them to be perky or miss sunshine at first thing in the morning but doesn't hurt to smile a little more when we were being polite.

Excellent airlines, price, and customer services all the way. The check in process is fast no hassle. They provide free check in luggage for 20 kg and free drink. You can bring on board one carry on and one personal item with total weight 10 kg. Definitely will fly with Skymark Airlines again. What a great experience.

I booked a last minute flight for a spur of the moment trip through Skymark- It was the first time booking through this company and I found them due to the best price on Skyscanner. However, not even 24 hrs after booking the already last minute flight without insurance there was a crisis situation. Surprisingly Skymark allowed me to go online and cancel the trip for a $70 cancellation fee. I was really impressed with the ease of navigation- yes canceling a flight is listed on the homepage! And Skymark was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise bleak day. I will definitely book with Skymark again in the future and recommend to friends.

For the price we paid, it was really good value deal. It's basically a budget airline with a 20kg (i think) free baggage allowance. Check in was simple. Just line up at the self check in kiosk, next continue down the line for baggage scanning and check in your bags. Flight was uneventful. You can buy drinks at an ok price. Although we were delayed about 2hrs by bad weather. This is no fault of the airline.

We booked our flights for this service online via another website, ended up paying online and finishing the reservation using google chrome and the translate function it can get quite difficult to understand and navigate but once done you receive a QR code which you use at the airport to check in.
Once at the check in counter everyone is so friendly and helpful. The flight it self was very good and basically what you would expect from a budget airline. Would definitely fly with them domestically in Japan again.
