Book a ticket by phone to fly on august 4th , and They told me there is a social distances that I wouldn't be able to Sit with my Family on 3 sitting role , so I was given a sit behind my Family , wife and kid, To my surprise The seat they gave me has No social distances with additional 2 people sitting with Me , Soo lying, going on in This pandemic time , is the reasons Japan covid-19 is Increasing everyday , No rules is been abide by This Air line

On Wednesday, I reserved a ticket for Sunday, I went on their page to pay my ticket. Tried with my international credit card, it was written that the payment was successful and the next page showed an error saying I have to start the procedure again, it didn't work. Thinking it might be an error connected to my international card, I tried with a Japanese debit card, but same result as the first one. I got an email right after I paid that the money got deducted from the bank. Waiting the night for them to send me the flight ticket, got nothing. Next day my Japanese boyfriend call them, they say it never happened before, they will send me the ticket tomorrow. The next day, still nothing, call them again, they say they will send it tomorrow. Here I am on Saturday at 11pm, with no ticket yet, my flight is tomorrow 10am.

Skymark just started the fight between Tokyo - Saipan.
It took 10 hours from Japan to Saipan via Korea before, but now 3 hours ! A reasonable flight began at last.
They can not serve a hot meal, because of utilizing a domestic material. However, many choices of drinks, and the Japanese dishes ( Sushi, etc ) on the going way , and local cooking of Saipan and salada on the way back. The meal service is enough for a 3-4 hours flight, I enjoyed much. The ground staff at Saipan are also very kind.
Hope they will have flight in other routes with the same concept - good service and reasonable fare.

It was good experience from the start of booking and checkin at the airport was a breeze as well as the whole journey. No complaints.

Used this airline for return trip from Sapporo to get to Toyota for the rugby. It was clean, efficient, and on time; cabin crew were charming and we were served with a drink and small snack, which was unexpected on a relatively short internal flight. Flight was easily booked on line, and self-check-in was quick and efficient.
