TAP must make an effort to provide a meal on board. Bruxelles Lisbon, Lisbon to Rome with a snack is a disgrace. Fly with South African Airways for an hour and a meal is served. Europe airlines serve LIGHT Snacks. TAP can make a difference and conquer more passengers if the company invest in a better service. For 3hrs, please a movie...what's wrong with you?????

We were moving with quite a bit of baggage. The online information for allowances and restrictions were confusing, but the customer service seemed to clear things up (after long calls). Our flights went fine, but after we arrived we noticed an item of ours had been taken from the suitcase. A leather bound flask. It's a very sentimental piece, and we should have taken it on carry on but we put it in the suitcase.

There's nothing about flasks not being allowed in checked baggage so I don't think it could have been confiscated. Customer service wasn't too helpful because unfortunately we reported after 7 days (we thought we had it, we should have checked right away).

Anyway, check that EVERYTHING arrives in your bags right away, we're very sad to lose this sentimental item, apparently for no reason other than a thief. You put your trust into airlines with your possessions and it's sad when they fail you.

We had a flight to Lisbon in the evening and a flight back to Munich a week later in the morning. The staff on board was very kind and friendly, a sandwich, drink, juice, and piece of chocolate were included, the uniforms are beautiful and although the flight from MUC to LIS started with a delay it arrived pretty much on time.

As always, TAP delivers good service, great crew and clean aircrafts. Despite using the most basic tariff, it still provides you a travel meal (free of charge) allows you to carry on-board luggage (within reasonable) and does not arrases you with on-board sales. You need a glass of water: well, sure, here you go!
The negatives:
- space between seats in economy are becoming smaller, a trip for someone over 1.70m it becomes painful
- you cannot choose your seat without a cost.
- the boarding in Lisbon may be done via bus, which for a company based in Lisbon is a real shame.

Very old aircraft;
Tight, narrow seats; much worse than the same class in other airlines;
The size and quality of the individual screens are ridiculous;
There are no outlets to recharge.
