This was the first of a three leg trip we took with TAP, flying from London to Lisbon, then later from Lisbon to Porto and, finally, from Porto back to London. I had heard a number of poor reviews of TAP, but the price we paid for the flights was so much cheaper than the alternatives, we decided to give it a go. And, I'm glad we did. Although the aircraft on the service were some of the older Airbus A319s, you would never have known. They were fitted out immaculately. The standard of service from the crew was excellent - all without fail very polite and helpful. I was amazed when we were served with a selection of free (alcoholic) drinks and sandwiches on the flights to/from London (not the internal one, but it was only 40 minutes). Such a rarity these days for a full onboard service. The only downside was that two of the flights were delayed by an hour, but we were on holiday, so not in any particular rush. However, we were kept fully informed by the crew of the reasons for the delay and when we could anticipate the flight leaving. All in all, very impressed and would happily fly with them again.

Despite recent reports of regarding this company punctuality, we really were departing on-time, and arriving ahead of schedule.
Staff is friendly, attentive and responsive. Planes are recent, and clean. There is enough leg room, even for economy places.

I would say this airline is a laughing stock but then again it was not funny at all flying with them - it was total annoyance. TAP Travel Desk is a total joke. 3 desks and about 40 people waiting... and you know what... the service agents don't care a bit. Just your presence as a customer is too much for them. Service on board also needs improvements. Would definetely spend my money at another airline. Flew three times with them and have promised myself to avoid them at any cost.

A direct trip from Accra Ghana to Lisbon Portugal, the plane is clean and the service is excellent, the hostess is top in kindness.

On time. Smartly turned out A320. Free tasty snack. The staff were very friendly. would fly them again without hesitation. Legroom OK for Y class short-haul.
