The employee of Transavia at the checking desk in rude form rejected our negative PCR test with irrational statement that she will not allow us to travel. When we called support service Transavia they confirmed that our documents are fine, same was said on the governmental website of Netherlands. However regardless all performed proofs she rudely rejected to serve us and hide her ID, so we will not able to know her name.
Surrealistically we lost our tickets and flew with same PCR tests next day.. no money refund or even apologies from Transavia.
I am still in shock what was that and how is it possible.
