Our booking needed to be canceld by arrival at the car rental company Centauro. We initially booked a ticket via Transavia and added a rental car via CarTrawler. Centauro told us they cancel the booking and that we need to ask for refund at CarTrawler ourself. Unfortunate this was not correct as CarTrawler’s terms needs you to call yourself to CarTrawler when your booking needs to be canceld and not the car company they work with. Very confusing and unclear information made us loose our money. The customer service of CarTrawler was not helpful and didn’t care. Never book a car via Transavia as they work with CarTrawler.
